I am a new student in North Carolina, USA. I am interested learning nail art techniques/combos, etc. to use with Brisa Gels....any ideas on when to add the nail art? do i cure it? Remember, i am new to this so be easy on me :):):)

For example, can i do the gel nails, then use Ezflow or something like that? Or maybe acrylic on top somehow??? Just wanted to know some ways to incorporate art on gels....any info or links would be greatly appreciated!

THANKS!

love ya,
Candy

Hi ya Candy,
There is a variety of ways nail art can be done.
For nail art that can be easily removed just apply on top of the gel, Or for a more lasting design It can be embedded in the gel.
coloured L&P can be used to create 3d designs.
If yo search the site for nail art you will find loads of ideas and instrutions on how to do each one.

Howdy neighbor! What part of NC are you in? I'm in Fayettenam :wink2:

You can use colored L&P over just about anything... I've tried it over natural nails, natural nails with polish, L&P (polished and otherwise) and gel.

whatever you use, get the nail finished and ready to go out the door, then use the colored L&P on top for 3d work. I'll either put a little solar oil on top of the L&P when it's set, or some clear polish, especially if it has glitter in it.

(here's my latest... half of a flower on my big toe... had to have something to make these boats look better!)
