hi everyone, I am new to nails and have just started learning to do acrylics. Can anyone help me on the following

1. What make is the best to use?
2. Can I put gel nail polish on top of acrylics?
3. Where is the best place to buy supplies

Im a trainee too!
It's personal preference which brand you choose, im training with nsi products and I am happy with them.
Yes you can put gel polish on acrylics.
There are lots of places to buy products, but it depends on what you want to buy. Shellac is only available at sweet squared and Ellison's I believe. (just an example)

We'd go on for ages in what each of our acrylic brand is. I trained with Crystal Nails but barely work with acrylic now, just hard gel a d soak off.

You can definitely put nail polish in top of acrylic extensions. But beware that the acrylic soaks up quite a bit of the Polish so you may need more layers to make it real shiny. The good part is, it dries super fast! It saved my life doing my cases when I was studying. I had no money for gel polish and would just use varnish on top on my models acrylics to make them more pro.

As for where to buy supplies it depends on where you are. Pro tip is ask your tutor/educator. The pros will know the best buys and odds are they will know all your local places.
