Newbie to downstairs waxing!

I'm really interested in having a bikini wax, but im really nervous! Does anyone have any tips for me so it is less painful? I trust my beautician 100% as i work with her, but some tips would be great! Thanks in advanced ladies!

Paracetamol 1 hour to 30mins before, deep breath just before she rips off the wax and breathe out as she pulls it off. Works surprisingly well! Don't be too worried though, a basic bikini wax really isn't that painful at all! Good luck xxx
