Newbie wanting gel polish recommendations

Hi, I am a newbie and just started training for my nail tech diploma so I can set up as a mobile in my spare time. Just wanted to ask do you have any wholesalers or suppliers that you could recommend or all they all fairly similar. Secondly I am trying to find out what is the best or most popular gel polish to use without breaking the bank and which are the brands to avoid. What do people think of 'halo', i have read some good reviews is it really any good?

Once you're a pro(or in school) you can shop in professional only stores, and most prices seem comparable to most other pro shops, however retail pricing can sometimes be more than double, so be sure to shop at a pro store.

As for the brand "halo" I've never heard of it, so I can't say ya or nay. In my experience some gel polish is good, some is not as good, and it's best to just try them out. Sometimes you'll 2 colors from the same line and one can be good and the other not.

But the gels I can recommend are ibd just gel, cnd shellac and orly gel fx
