Nightmare on the phone to Balmain

I was told that you can only darken because the hair is already processed, and lightening will double process the hair so can damage.

I use the Balmain levels 10 and 8 as I find them the best to color.

It makes it near impossible to price quote a client at consultation because you just don't know what the script will be when you call them!

I've allways found them helpful.

I don't have them myself but my clients do and I love the hair but then there do useless, always out of stock, late delivering, pressurised selling and another long list which I shall not bore you with! Don't no what to do now :s

Suprised as allways had good service from Balmain.

When i trained with Balmain I was told to only colour with 3% and for only about 15mins ..I've never really had any problems when ordering Balmain although they don't tell u the total cost of your order unless u ask them to and as for delivery it's alway been next day xx
