No Base Coat !!!! ??

Anyone got any advice

I've got a nat. nail manicure and coloured polish tomorrow and I'm out of base coat. Is there anything else I can use - clear polish / speedy / light coloured polish etc. Client has a wedding to go to Friday and I'd hate to think her nails will chip due to no base coat?

if ever im in this predicament i use clear top coat - works for me

I would and have used light polish, clear polish and top coat in this situation and its caused no probs

I'd have to agree with a clear topcoat. I've done this before and besides, alot of them double as a base/top coat anyhow. Good Luck!
