Not very happy!!

right. I oredered 200 strands of 16" hair extensions from lush-us on weds, they came today & im not bery happy at all!! First of all these 200 strands would not cover a whole head, neither are they 16 inches (they are very in at the bottom and only a few stands are acctually 16) . Has anyone else had problems with the pre bonded hair from lush-us? Grrr so annoyed as im meanf to be fitting these on tues and it dosent look bery likely!!

funnily enough last order i got i noticed the strands were thinner i had previous strands and held them against each other and there was a difference to be honest i never bothered phoning as i dont think they would have helped but bit disapointing considering they have put their prices up again x

Arrgghh! How annoying! Just phoned them and complaind about the hair and they said ' the hair used is a 60:40 ratio' so they are basicly saying that only a few strands of hair are 16" and the rest is shorter! Ehy advertise them as 16"?? So peed off! Oh & it doesnt state on the website for this 60:40 ratio

I too have noticed the strands are thinner recently. Luckily the last two I've done have wanted it shorter than 16 inch so I've been cutting it shorter to thicken it up. I have always loved Lush Us hair but it does seem to change from time to time, seems to be an issue with quality control. I'm scared to try anything else so I will still use them

Send them back! They are really bad! I've been really busy with sew ins at the mo so I haven't ordered any hair from lush us for a couple of months. Usually it's really thick! In the training they said it was a 2/3 ratio do just the last 1/3 of the strand was thinner but never seen them tht bad!

i got some through today and they dont seem as thin as yours, defo send them back x
