NSI Secrets acrylic

Can any of you lovely lot please advise me on the nsi secrets acrylic range.
Can I use the attraction liquid or must i use the secrets one?
Also are they just design powders or can they be used as strength powders?

They aren't strength powders so you need to cap in clear or out clear down first which is easier when your going a change of colour.
You can use the attraction liquid with them.
