Hello!
Ive got a bit of a problem. So I have been biting my nail on my left thumb which left me with an onycholysis like nail plate separation from the nail bed. Does it regrow and if so,are there any tips to speed up the process?
Thank you in advance for your answers.
Samuel

I had this happen to me at the start of the year simply from neglecting my nails. I would baby the nails with cuticle oil, applying it under the free edge/at the hyponychium. After about two weeks of constantly doing this my nails were back to normal. But of course it would depend how extreme it is so see a doctor if no improvement x

Send a pic to include with your post might help with advise.
But using a daily nail oil from nsi or the solar oil helps to nourish the cuticles and the nails .
