Is there a difference between the the two different OPI bottles? One says soak off soluble and the other says soak off gel lacquer! And also at the end can you replace NAS 99 with regular alcohol? Is that what finished the nails off?

Which bottles are you talking about? The Gelcolor bottles? They just have changed and updated bottles the formulas are the same.
Nas 99 I believe is pretty much the same as rubbing alcohol - you use that to cleanse the tacky layer off the nail after the top coat.
