I just started using the OPI powders and I have just a couple of clients who are losing the entire nail in one whole piece in literally a day or 2 after getting them done. I'm using the recommended grit on prep and following the steps as outlined by OPI. I cannot figure out where I am going wrong. Has anyone else experienced this?
