I love the first & last pictures! The shape, looks good & cuticles look neat, can't see much of the apex because of the angle of the pic but overall they look fab! The French-2nd pic, tbh I don't like them, if I was to critique, I would say the white is way to far down, making the nails look short & stubby , was she a nail biter? It looks like you've used white tips? If you were to use white powder & a cover pink it would give a much more elongated look!

Are they all done by you? The first set are gorgeous, lovely structure, sidewalls, etc. but the structure of the others are completely different - were they done at different points in your training?

Love the designs but are some painted onto gel/acrylic nails? Just asking as the varnish looks quite away away from side of nail?

Hi yes all of the nails are done at different stages and the orange ones are the last ones that I did yesterday so happy that an improvement can be seen :)

They are all either normal or gel polish on acrylic nails. That's the one thing that I have problems with getting close to the cuticle and side walls without lifting so I tend to leave a gap unfortunately :(

i completely agree, yes she was a nail biter and I used white time but did inform her that the white would be very low before doing her nails but she was adement that she wanted the nails done. I currently only use tips and would like to move on to using pink and white powders with nail forms, thanks for your comment !!:)

You don't need to able to sculpt to provide a better looking nail on a biter, use natural tips not white, then apply your white product and create your french, a cover pink over the natural smile line, the clear pink to zone 3. Or reverse application but that is much harder when you are first starting out.

Or use natural tip, clear product and paint on a french with either polish or gel polish.
