Having recently started up with Cnd I'm looking into trying another gel brand for my clients who don't get the wear out of Cnd. Any suggestions on any other good longer wear brands I could use?

Harmony gelish

CND hard gel lasts weeks and weeks. Some of my clients go five weeks (their choice, not mine) without a bit of lifting. Three weeks is never a problem.

I'm guessing the OP means gel polish (IE shellac ) and not hard gel (Brisa)

Brisa hard gel ain't going nowhere [emoji23] that stuff is nearly bullet proof [emoji23][emoji23]

She said gel brand, so I was going with that. I agree Noreen.

Too many techs don't know the differences between Gel and Gel polish that it's no wonder clients get confused [emoji15]

I use Shellac and I'm about to start offering Cuccio veneer. I've heard lots of good reports. [emoji4]

I've seen a few posts about Cuccio I'm just worried you can't use the Cnd led lamp with any of the other brands..

I use INK London with my CND LED lamp and it's fine x

I'll have a little look at INK London thank you :)

What curing times do you use? And what kind of results are you finding after a couple of weeks? Do you get longer than shellac?

I use 2s on every coat. TBH I'm quite new to doing shellac on myself, but so far I'm getting a slightly longer wear out of the INK, and I'm quite heavy handed. The INK bottles do need to be stirred and shaken quite heavily but their colour range, quality, price and customer service is amazing. x

Thank you :) that does include top and base aswell? I have registered on there site so might look into getting a trial pack, I find shellac can lift easily especially on myself whether constantly doing other people's takes its toll on mine.

Yes. I've occasionally used the shellac base button and had no problems with that either. I'd definitely suggest the trial kit; some companies give you half sizes but I bought the acrylink trial kit and its all full sized and still going strong! X

I was impressed with the size of the Acrylink trial size, also it being slower setting is useful in this heat. I'm also interested in Cuccio Veneers, I'm looking forward to seeing their Rep this month.
I.N.K have said they're in the process of Educating some of their employees to become educators in the near future, I think that will help promote their products!
