Paraffin and acrylic nails

Hello everyone. I hope you have all defrosted after this super cold day! So I've put together a little treatment for winter hands. Basically a sugar scrub hand mask with parafin and heated mitts. I have someone interested but they have acrylics on. I'm sure in college our tutor said lanolin can cause lifting? Does anyone know of this or moisturiser etc may effect them? Could I just focus on the tops of hands and palms ? Help please

It shouldn't make them lift for a one off treatment, but continual daily use of a hand cream with lanolin in can cause lifting issues. I wouldn't do the treatment before the rebalance work, it would be hard to ensure you completely remove any traces of the oils before applying the L&p

Thanks for the advice trinity. Hopefully it should be fine to do it as a separate treatment on a different occasion to acrylic maintenance

I used to wear silk extensions and had a paraffin wax treatment at most appointments. It was pre gel polish and was done before my polish was applied.
