Pink hair dye on blonde

Can anyone recommend. A pink hair dye. Client 12/89. Wants pink slices.??? If I foil up and rinse packets before I wash hair will this stop colour from running into blonde?? If I advise client to wash in cool water will this also prevent colouring running into blonde??

I normally put lots of conditioner on the blonde and give the pink a supper good shampoo!!
