Hi,
I realise that there are quite a few threads on this subject but I'd like to know if anyone can recommend a salon for hair extensions in East Devon, ideally Honiton. I'm after plaited-in (not glued) extensions that are also plaited all the way.
Is it better to buy the hair elsewhere (online?) and take it to the salon? I want real hair and would like it to match my real hair colour. I usually bleach and colour blonde but am now pregnant and don't want to do either. As such, I have about 5cm (2 inches) of roots showing and medium length hair which is still blonde. What can be done with the existing blonde colour other than bleaching the roots or colouring the blonde? Is it possible to blend the blonde hair into the extensions as my real colour is light-mousey brown and this is the colour I'd like the extensions (or perhaps a bit darker)?
Finally (lots of questions, I know!), is there a way to spot extensions professionals (a qualification / certification) and what should I be looking to pay?
