I've just followed it, and apparently I don't have to register because I don't keep my records on PC, only on paper copies.
There's a really simple 9-stage set of questions that you answer it it will let you know if you need to register or not.

Hi,

Just received my scam form in the mail this week. Luckily enough I had read this thread and new all about it.

I think it definately has something to do with listing in Yell.com as I recently put my information on there.

Hope no-one has fallen foul of this scam!
