Hey ppl dono if I'm using this right yet it not. I need help.. a lady came into the salon wit like pink glow off her roots and other part of her hair, she said she put p02 in it to take out the golden but it turned her hair into this pink. Is there anything I can do to get rid if it/ tone it down a bit it or will it just fade?? Help asap

It will just fade, I use it on mine and it always goes pinky x
