Polygel with tips help

I just started doing polygel nails. I used tips underneath. The lady has had to whole polygel nails pop off. Help!

It doesn't have anything to do with you using tips. It's probably your prep that's lacking.

Push cuticles, clean nail bed, file the nails lightly with 180 grit, clean dust off with brush and alcohol, tips, bond aid then primer. I did use a smaller led light. Not sure if they just didn't cure good or what. But I do like working with the polygel. Just want to be better. Can alcohol cause lifting???

Your led probably wasn't strong enough for a proper cure, which could lead to them coming off.

Yes went to a class but couldn't understand much the lady was saying. Different language. Was a waste of time there.
