Ladies can anyone tell me the correct procedure for applying Power Seale. I used it on a friend a couple of days ago over a dark nail enamel i applied 1 coat and cured under my Brisa lamp for 4 mins - the following day her nails chipped. I've literally just applied it over my french polish on my natural nails only cured for 2 mins and i can feel the nail polish underneath is tacky. What am i doing wrong??!?!?!
