In the state of PA it's illegal to rent a booth. I have a hair salon and just employeed a nail tech, what's the wording needed to be used for the nail tech to pay a fee weekly. She has to supply her own supplies and follow the specific hours. I've provided the pedicure chairs and table and drying station.

Sounds awfully a lot like renting a booth to me lol.

As it's such a grey area in law in your state I'd take no chances and pay to see a lawyer and get them to draw up a professional contract.

Surely if she's employed, you provide the products and equipment necessary to enable her to do the Job? Why would she pay a fee?

That's obviously renting a desk, how can it be construed otherwise?
