I was on ebay the other night and saw "puffy paint". Suppose to give a 3d look like colored acrylic.

Has anyone tried this and how did you like it. Don't want to buy if not any good.

Sounds so cool is it works. Never heard of. I'm interested in seeing the posts to this though. What kind of colours were there?

There are all kinds of colors....I may try these if no one else has. It sounds a lot easier than colored acrylic....we'll see.

is it the same kind of puffy paint that was big in the 80s? the kind that you put on shirts.. shoes.. etc...?

I bought some of this in glitters and glow in the dark,it does look like 3d acrylic and is easy to use ,but it took about 2 hours to dry completely so was not really practical..

That's exactly what it reminds me of.

i just used this on some tshirts recently

you write it on and when it dries you iron over it and hey presto it goes puffy.

i did it with flourescent pink. looked fab. dont think you could use it on nails though cause you cant really iron them lol

the puffy paint is like emboss nail paint. It dries fast but people dont really like it to much as after time the puff easly breaks. also it can look childish if used in abundance
