My mates wife is purchasing a Pulsar IPL machine.
It seems that there are two companies using the same brand,one is based in Crosshands and the other is based in Llanelli.
The one down in Llanelli is the legal owner of the brand name, i have checked this up on the Patent office, Pulsar IPL LTD are the legal owner of the trade mark.
They are now taking legal matters, it appears that using a registered trade mark without the owners consent is illegal.
I just want to mention this to anyone buying a Pulsar IPL, just make sure that you go to the legal owners of the brand name.
It seems the ones in Crosshands were known has Pulsar Lab, they even copied Pulsar IPL web.
If you want to have a laugh go and look at Pulsar Lab web, its been like that for about a year.
