Pump dispenser?

Hi,

I purchased the dispenser bottle attached in the picture, from Sally's, for my acetone so I don't have to carry a big bottle around with me. I might just be being stupid but I can't for the life of me get it to dispense the acetone?! No matter what I do, I've tried pushing down, touching the top, tipping the bottle, pulling it up, twisting the lid, everything! Please help me!!

On their website, it's says it's a lockable dispenser.

It may be a daft question (sorry), but do you think with all the combinations you've tried so far, it may actually still be locked?

Twist the smooth bit of the top in the opposite direction to the rigid bit. It should click and then you can use.

These are pretty rubbish to be honest, I bought two of these and both of them I have to slide around while pushing down to actually work and then it squirts out everywhere which is embarrassing with a client sat there.
