Purple roots at hairline!!

Hi, ive popped over from beauty forum for some advice, I got my roots done yesterday (im blonde with grey/mousey roots) colour was getting brassy so they applied a toner but the tint on roots was also purple in colour when they applied it. The result purple tinged roots around the hairline ! i cant go back to the salon as im at work for rest of the week, any advice on how to get rid of the purple please ?

Just shampoo, they have left it to long and it's grabbed but washing it will get rid of it x

I washed it about 4 times last night but still a purple tinge there today will it go if i keep washing every day ? x

Yea, what brand did they use do you know? Really condition well that will help to push the colour out x

Shampoo your hair with fairy liquid sounds strange but it does work

You could also use baby shampoo x

Something like Vosene or any deep cleansing/medicated shampoo is good for getting colour out. The fairy liquid does work too. Makes your hair feel very odd though!x
