hello, hopefully someone experienced will be able to give me some advice, I'm not a hair geek I've just popped over to see if anyone can help :)

currently my hair is red & has been for over 1 year, it hasnt been coloured since October & i will not be colouring it red again, (it has faded quite a bit now)
I'm going blonde in may when we go on holiday to turkey, my sister had hers blonde from red over in turkey last year & he did a fabulous job so I plan on using the same hairdresser when I go. it seems to be a well known popular salon & they do a strand test before he will even touch your hair with colour, he also made a point of telling my sister he doesnt use cheap products, (not sure if that makes a difference or not)

is there anything I can do before I go blonde with regards to deep conditioning? my hair is quite dry/frizzy & i have quite a lot of split ends, Im due for a well needed cut some point this month, but when i go blonde I also don't want to go bald
As I say I'm not a hair geek so if I'm talking a load of crap please ignore me lol just wanted to see what you'd recommend, thanks x

I'd hope they do a strand test and skin test!! If your planning on going extremely blonde you need strengthing products! Matrix biolage fortetherapie range is great! Or Redken extreme!

Make sure u take a leave in conditioner with an SPF in it too, also from matrix, when I wash ur hair use conditioner every time, then before drying use a leave in spray like above. When u go in the pool make sure u re spray it when u get out. When ur home go to a salon for a conditioning treatment again, maybe even re cut,
Deep condition twice a week at home too, just do whatever it takes to keep it in or get it back to good condition xoxo
