Hi im going to use the consultion form geegs emaild me a few months ago, they have all the questions you need to no,they are fab.IF you email her im shore she will send you a copy.Maybe you can copy it on a big pad.This way you have your cleint details,and you can put each sheet in a fileing cabnet and then when you have a bit more money you can update it .xxx
