Hi,

I have recently qualified in hair extensions and was just wondering if anyone could avise the best way to re-bond hair extensions? I have looked online and have seen people use the heating irons (same as use for fusion bonded) glue guns and melting pots so i am unsure which is best and if i should use keratin glue sticks or the granules?! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

It really depends on what you feel
Most comfortable with as you can do both. The granules ate usually used for melting straight on the fusion wand and then re bonding or for melting in a pot. The glue sticks are used for the glue gun. After much practice lately I have found that there are pros and cons to both. The gun is god as you can dispense as much or little glue as you need on the bulk hair but a lot of people prefer the pot as they feel most comfortable with this. It really is about trial and error as finding a method that works for you.
