Removal of Gelish

How long do you give for an appointment where you remove Gelish and then reapply? And how long do you leave the Gelish soaking off for it to come off clean and not damage the nails? Thanks

I book an hour but mostly 45 mins file slightly not the nail just to break the seal and wrap 5-10 mins if it doesn't slide away leave a bit longer there shouldn't be damage to the nail plate X

Does the nail have to be buffed prior to removal as well as prior to application? If so what type of buffer would you recommend?

You break the seal of the gelish before removal and gently remove nail shore before application of gelish
