del<3 Well-Known Member Joined Oct 14, 2011 Messages 188 Reaction score 1 Location edinburgh Oct 21, 2011 #5 Yeh I've heard of that too - works great if the shop is already busy and replacing another stylist etc. Thing is a busy stylist can make over £1000 a week pretty easily so still works out a happy ending for all involved Your stylist will stay because he/she makes a good living and you as an employer also make a nice weekly cut!
