Hi there, can anyone give me a bit of advice on renting a beauty room out? i am a salon owner and have a gorgeous 1st floor mezzanine over looking the salon to rent out as a beauty room and space in the salon for a nail bench, What is the goung rate for both together or seperate??? with bills included. i havnt got a clue where to start with this.....
