Please can anyone advise me on what kind of rental I should be charging for one of my treatment rooms (its approx 6ftx5) per hour, day or week? Also I want a nail technician to come and rent some space in my reception but for them to bring their own table, how much would I charge again either per hour, day or week. I am in a small town called Leyland near Preston.

Thanks

Difficult question? and dependent on where you are based and what geographically is acceptable?? HOWEVER, have you considered that you could tale a cut of the prof-fits? ie a £5 from any procedure carried out? this I have found to be more beneficial to All concerned
I get tons of referrals from the new hairdresser we have employed from people coming to us to have everything done under one roof! win win
Plus our business looks better from the outside
plus he did not in the beginning have the money to be paying me upfront!
Now its all so profitable its great all round don't think i would have made the money i make now if i had charged him a set rate! x
And most importantly get some one amazing! as it reflects on your business to, not just a flat rate for the sake of renting a room xxx:D
