Heya, looking some advice.
I moved from a chair rental position to opening my own salon 6 months ago. I rented a premises with more rooms than I needed with the idea of renting them and nail bars, and also kitted them out. I have been advertising on Facebook/Buy sell groups and Gumtree and getting very little interest. I have rental prices pretty cheap and way under the local going rate. I seem to get bursts of interest but no-one commits.
Does anyone have any experience or tips on how to better advertise renting a salon room/nail bar?
