Renting a chair x

Hi, i was just wondering if anyone can help. I am having a meeting on Tuesday to talk about renting a chair in the salon i am working in at the moment but my mind has gone blank i can't think of what to ask them.This will be my first time renting a chair in a salon and was wondering if anyone would no what i should ask about??

Do they want a deposit?
When if ever will you get this back?
is rent paid weekly? monthly?
What are the terms of the contract?
Who supplies tints etc?
who books in clients?

also clients that you get can you take them with you if you leave?
will you get a receipt each week for rent?
when will the rent be reviewed?

fill in client cards with all their details, and keep them as YOUR clients.
renting a chair has done the whole of good for me.
