Hi can anyone advise me please. I am currently completing my training for nail tech and when qualified I will be mobile.
What do you do as a mobile tech when a clients nail breaks before it should say on acrylic or gel extention or gel polish. Regarding in do you do it for free ? As you have to travel to them , set up eqp etc . But you obviously want happy clients. Could other Mobile Nail techs please advise me what they do in this case. Thank you

Hi Lizzie-Jane.
I am a mobile tech and I would say it depends how soon they break it and how they broke it and if I am already in the area or not.
If you think it may be something you've done or not done that has caused lifting and it coming off then yes I'd do it for free.
If they have caught it and snapped it then charge! Sometimes if I am already around the corner I will call in and mend but more often than not clients offer to pay anyway! Hope this is helpful.

Hi Pepsigal
