Hi

I had a salon and have decided to work from a log cabin at home the hours suit me better... I'm just finished doing it up

It's 14ft x 14ft and it has nail area, make up bar and beauty waxing with bed... it's grand size but I need something to split the rooms for privacy for waxing and I just can't decide what to do.... if I put in a partition it will make the area far too small ..

Would love a few ideas if anyone could help x

I used to visit a small salon which just had a thick curtain going across and was only closed for the more private treatments. Wouldn't want something thin and cheap it'd have to be a nice one!

Alternatively I don't know if you can get some of those 'sliding doors' similar to ones on a built in wardrobe which is a bit more solid? Mirror effect doors will always reflect light in and make the room look spacious or alternatively if you had two solid sections painted or papered then a mirror sliding section in the middle?

Hope you find something that works for you :)

Curtain was my first option but I dunno if I like it or not if it's gonna look a bit sloppy.... I like the mirrored door idea might look into it...

That's the problem with a curtain you don't want it to look cheap and also without it looking like a hospital curtain!

I like the second pic.... I was looking into sliding doors from ikea but they are pretty expensive!
