Room rental

Hi All,

I have recently taken over a nail salon and am trying to boost business in as many ways as possible.

We have an upstairs beauty room that I would like to rent out on a daily basis to different people offering different services.

My big thing is how much is the going rate for a room?

Have a look online or in local papers to get an idea of the going rate for your area. If you're planning on letting it to several people, depending on their business, they might need lockable storage cupboards.
