long winded but here goes.....
Had a client in a cpl of weeks ago and what a pain in the bot she was. Not only did she turn up 20 mins late grrrr!! but she was a 'faffer' and so indecisive. Anyway I finally got her colour etc done and and she decided she wanted other treatments doing while she was in the salon (she hadn't booked these in but I could fit them in between others so wasn't a prob) anyway it was her daughters turn so this client went to pick her up only to 40 mins late!!!! wtf!! and she was a nightmare about deciding the type of fringe she wanted. Mother was saying well look through the books and she what you don't want then have another look and show what you do want. the young lass didn't have a clue. In the end I told the mother to go and sit down, took the books off this lass and did the cut - it was lovley and she really liked it. anyway back to the point lol.
This woman rang today saying her colour wasn't right.. that the top was looking grey. I told her when I was free so I could have a look and she made the app to call in. No sign of her? I'm assuming it's her roots coming through and colour will need re doing but this woman was adamant on the phone I didn't colour it right.
What would you do....roots free of charge or not? I'm thinking not but this woman is such a pain!
