Hiya,

get a great big puff brush and some youngblood mineral powder foundation.
Apply small amount of foundation on the the area you need to cover, the lightly dust over with youngblood powder foundation. Its brill then add a bronzer of needed.

It should be quite a common make in your part of the world, in America since 1996
