Salon Hair Disaster - Help

Morning

I have a hair nightmare. I used a mobile hair stylist for the first time. she was recommended to me.

I have tried to upload a pic but it won't work - I will add it as my profile pic xxx

The stylist assured me she was not going to bleach my hair but I think she did. When she left yesterday she assured me that the colour would settle down it would all go even after a couple of washes.

Do you think this is the case? I am tempted to call her but to be honest I don't really want her to touch my hair again

I am certain my light blonde roots and ginger tips are the way it is going to stay? Does anyone have any idea on how I can even it out without going dark again?

Were you previously dark? was it tinted dark or natural dark?
TBH it sounds as though she has tried to lighten a dark colour. She could only do this using bleach. no other way im afraid.
Your natural roots will go really light, and your ends probably ginger if you have a build up of colour.
Ive got to be honest and say its up to the stylist to know what she's doing! No, It wont settle down...Yes, you do need to contact her and give her a chance to put it right

Thank you for this. My hair is naturally a mucky blonde but has been very dark brown for a long time.

I had a few highlights put in a couple of months ago and have let the dark grown out a bit.

The dark brown lightened lots when I used the B4 colour product. It became a medium brown.

I do not want that particular stylist to come back as she did not respect my house and lied about what she was doing.

I am not a stylist and would have trusted her judgement if only she was honest.

Is there a product I can buy to correct this or make my roots less ginger? and is it safe to use products so soon after bleaching my hair. My hair is still in very good condition luckily x
