Hi, has anyone tried the 3 min to cure UV sculpure gel? I bought it the other week to see how effective it is. It was fairly priced about 12 quid for 28g. (the one I was trained in is 26 for 7g) I was trained in another brand of gel to do extensions so looking for any tips with this stuff. I have done 1 set of tips on my Guinea pig and the stuff seems good so far. I sandwiches the tip in between two lairs of this stuff. Bad point, when applying heat spikes where quite frequent, almost on every nail, any advice appreciated thanks

Hi,
I went to the where house to pick up nsi sculpting gel but pick up finish clear by mistake only realised when I opened it. So I had to go to a closer wholesalers salon services and picked up their own sculpting gel. Has anyone used it? Is it any good.

Hi Ruby Belle
How did you find salon services sculpting gel? I bought some today had no choice as I picked up the wrong stuff the first time. I know their clear gel burns and my clients get quiet a lot of heat spikes from it. Do you paint each layer on or sculpt a thicker layer? I would personally sculpt a thicker layer but would like to avoid heat spikes.
Thanks Jo

I've found this too. When we were training at salon services, we were given the gel in our training kits. Absolute pain. All of us felt burning under the lamps. Our tutor said it must be from over working our nails whilst training. But nope, a few of us have used it since and it's the same. It had put me off hard gels to be honest. I didn't realize that it is probably the product itself.

I used it today and it burnt my client it was very painful. I was considering applying a clear nsi gel to the natural nail then sculpt with the salon services sculpting gel to avoid heat spike. I will practice on someone with no product on a bare nail. It will tied me over till i van get some nsi sculpting gel.
