i own my own salon i have 2 members of staff which are on a % of takings i supply all the goods i do all the bookings the customer pay through my card machine just wanting to no what the average rate most people go on in there salon plz help needed

If they’re not earning at least minimum wage, you could be prosecuted by HMRC.

They’re either self employed running their own independent businesses within your salon, setting their own prices, deciding what days to work, taking clients monies directly or they’re employed earning at least minimum wage.

You can’t make up your own rules.
