Kia Ora from NZ,
I have some questions regarding sanistisation/hygiene. I see this as priority but this part as follows we have not covered;
I do not feel comfortable with re-using files and other tools on different clients without sanitising them. Currently still training however have witnessed someone using one file on different people!! I certainly wouldnt agree, I know there are files etc.. that can be re-used after sanitising..so my questions are:
What products can I use on tools/files etc..
I am looking at purchasing a Sanitisation tray unsure whether heated or the normal soak-what disinfectant do I use, how long do I leave it in the tray for, what temp is it suppose to be heated at.
I maybe over the top but prevention is better than cure so any help would be appreciated.
Also, I put my first set of acrylic tips-yep using the white and pink..thought my smile line was good for the first time on my sister last week at home and was quite pleased even though it took 4 hrs. I did my 2nd set using a slightly different technique in class and it took just over 2 hours...What is the safest method/steps of removing them with acetone? Anything learnt in class I practice at home unfortunately we havent covered the removal part yet. Cheers..
