Hi, I recently got my scissors sharpened and since I got them back they feel like they only cut on certain points of the blade! I got them re sharpened last week by someone else and they’re still no good! so I’m now looking to buy some new scissors but don’t know where to start ? I use scissors with a swivel thumb so need some that still have that movement ... what make do you think are the best and what ones to stay clear from? I’ve done so much research and my brain is frazzled
What is an average price to pay?
I cut wet and dry hair

Thanks
