Hi All, Please could someone out there give me an idea on the percentage to take from a self employed therapist? She's using her own nail products, but then using my waxing & pedicure products. Then she as a Cryo Pen & Meso facial that she as to offer to my spa and says 10% for me, I'm thinking 20% on this one. Look forward to any info anyone as, thank you x

I rent a beauty room self employed in a hairdressers and I provide all stock. They provide tea and coffee, towel washing facilities and a part time receptionist. I pay 30%.
I know hairdressers usually say 60/40 with the highest amount going to whoever pays for product.
Perhaps you could say 20% for treatments she is paying for and 30% if you are paying? Or make life easy and get her to provide all her own stock x
