Hi I need advice...
I'm newly qualified and I've been offered a nail bar within a hairdressers.
It would be on a self employed basis... and it's up to me whether to pay a daily or weekly fee or on a commission basis. If so how much, what's acceptable??

As I'm in completely new territory I need an idiots guide on how to start things up?
What do I need to do first? What questions need to be asked? Etc??
