Selling up

Hi everyone. Does anyone have advise or info on selling up a hair/beauty salon. It's going well, busy and making more money year after year but I don't love my job anymore as an owner. It's not my industry and I don't feel I can take the salon further and TBH don't want to anymore. The staff issues, never having real time off etc has worn me out and I want out. What's the best place to sell a salon?
