Hi All,

Wowcher are doing a deal today for 18" remy hair extensions for £24 instead of £60!

However, bit concerned as no where does it state they are human, and no where does it state that they are a full head.

Has anyone ever used Serache?

Or heard anything of them?

Im at work, and unfortunately half of the review websites are blocked!

So just looking to see if any of you geeks have heard of them.

Thank youu! :)

(Wouldnt be surprised if its too good to be true?)

Stay away from cheap hair! It's a brutal industry that exploits innocent people. Or that hair might very well be horse hair for all you know or collected from hair brushes or dumps in China and India!!! Would you want this in your hair when you have no idea where it is from? I would not put my name to it and risk my reputation. I only use smaller suppliers or some brands that know where their hair comes from and where I know that it has been ethically sourced. This to me is just as important as the quality do I try to test both when trying to find new suppliers. Also buy cheap buy twice as I say! I'd rather convince my clients to pay extra and know what thy are getting, amazing quality hair that will last them. It may cost more but exploiting people is a much higher price to pay in the end.

Thats exactly what I was thinking.

Ive purchased clip in's cheap on ebay before, thinking I was getting a good deal. But, it arrived and was about 3 strands of hair! Ridiculous.

Thanks for the advice xx

I've had a look at the website.. I can't find a contact number, just an email address which says to me that contacting them about the hair and asking questions would be a very slow process indeed! The terms and conditions state that returns are accepted but no where can I find a return address, all I can see is that it's located in London. Seems very fishy to me! People are only buying the hair because it's at a discounted price which is worrying because the hair could be terrible or inhumanly sourced.

Serache has caused me the BIGGEST headache!
I have never dealt with a more ridiculous company in my LIFE.

I got a kgb deals voucher and paid my £4.95 postage for the hair extensions..
I was told I would receive them in 15 working days.
Literally 2 months past and I had no replies to my e-mails from their 'customer service' department.

I eventually went through kgb deals who kept trying to follow up with them.
Anyway long story short, when I did receive the extensions the hair was disgusting.

It was thin, especially at the bottom, weak and damaged and no where near the colour I wanted.

I will be sending them back, but goodness knows if I will get my money as I have tried to contact them so many times and have just got ignored.

All I do know is that I have been caused loadsa hassle, I definately out of £4.99 postage and the postage I will pay to send them back!

Do NOT use them!!!!

I unfortunately used them. Eventually I went to pay pal who refunded me. After speaking to trading standards, wowcher who were awful and also didn't reply to emails, serache ignored all calls, refused to sign my recorded delivery letters, and ignored all emails. My hair extensions were thin, singed, and crap to put it bluntly. X
