hi,
i have a situation and im not sure how best to deal with it.

5 days ago i sewn in 2 rows of extensions for a new client. she wanted them dont before she went to her usual hair dresser for her high lights. i sewn in the extensions as i normally do and they were great. i have now just recieved a messgae from the client saying that one of ther extensions have come loose, after just 5 days.

im thinking this is something to do with her having highlights and them washing her hair maybe not too carefully.

im not sure what to do i only charged her £20 for each row and i treavelled 20 miles to go to her. i really dont think this was naything to do with my work.

any advice please would be great x x x
kind regards

hiya first off get your bloody prices up thats far too cheap lol
once you go and see her hair you will be able to tell whats went wrong i do the sewn in extensions but to be honest iv stopped doing them as i found sometimes they would stay tight for a while then other tim es they would come loose on peoples hair and i found i just couldnt seem to get them tight enough but maybe thethread has came loose or if the whole row had dropped then i would say you havent put it in tight enough once you see it you will know xx

thank you for that
sewn in ones our usually ok i think her hairdresser might of been a bit careless when removing her high lights.
ill go and have a look but its a pain cos she's quite far away x x

id be horrified if the hairdresser has used capped highlights when there is extensions in lol x
