Hi

This is my first attempt at dried flowers and crushed shell.
Can you tell me what you think?
I found that the colour from the shell ran somehow and the tip turned pink.
Also the flower isn't very clear and sort of 'disappeared' into the pink.
Why?

Sorry - can't get the picture on here but I have managed to get it in my gallery. Would appreciate any comments.

thanks

The colour certainly looks nice ... need a better image please like Sandi said.

the colour looks great but cant really see the finished effect, :)

Hello, I've used shells and flowers. Pick your colours carefully, No same colours but matching or opposing colours, helps to stand out. Ive had flower colour staining, if the shell does it, maybe to wet a L&P?, if not, Dont use it again, or try with gel, thats usually ok, I find. I got my shells from www.dsfm.uk.com there were ok, they also do flowers, tons of colours. Anyway the design looked good, keep at it, xx
